The Johnny Appleseed Bash is a yearly community event hosted by St. Stephen's church. Hundreds of volunteers turn Utley Park into an old-fashioned carnival for the entire family. Hundreds more from all over the community attend the event. Plan to attend the Bash and bring your friends! With the fun-filled feeling of a country fair, the Bash offers musical entertainment for the whole family, food, games with cool prizes, a Sunday's Best children's clothing boutique, and crafts for boys and girls.
Who Benefits from the Bash?
All profits from the Bash go directly to St. Stephen's many Outreach Ministries!
The Outreach Committee determines which outreach grants will be made each year. Over the last two years the profits from the Bash have contributed $43,600 to outreach ministries such as VEAP, the Michelle Project, Loaves and Fishes, youth mission trips and other programs.
You can have a direct impact on the amount money the Outreach Committee has to grant this year by participating in the Bash through your prayer, volunteering, donating money, and donating silent auction items. The more money we raise through the Bash, the bigger that difference can be!
